Summer Sewing Camp

Summer Sewing Camp 2009

This year Tonja and Kristi Schroeder held a sewing camp for the girls. They have been coming most Monday and Saturday mornings at 8 AM!! They were all very well behaved and did GREAT on all of their projects.

They each made a cross-stitch rainbow, and are working on either a cat or a dog counted cross-stitch. There is also a horse for those that finish the cat/dog.

Their favorite project of all, however, is the matching green butterfly dress. This they completed yesterday and they all wore them to worship today. It was quite stunning to see all 9 of them in matching dresses!! Even more amazing was the photo - look! It must have been the Holy Spirit, because there is now way that I could have possibly (on the FIRST TRY) gotten all eyes open AND all smiles! Praise God for his majesty and for all of these wonderful and precious gifts - our girls!!
