COVA fun day at Fort Fun!

The greatest part about our public homeschool is the social activities they arrange so that our children (their students) can meet and socialize with fellow COVA students. Our beloved brethren, the Penrod family, is also attending COVA this year, and got to join us this year. YAY!!

The fall kick-off event was held at Fort Fun again, and we enjoyed it very much.

First, we played miniature golf. Here is a shot of the girls posing. They mostly just shot for the hole and we did not keep score.

Here are the boys. They were a bit more serious about their game, but they didn't keep score either. It keeps it less hostile that way.

The other favorite was the bumper cars. Last year, Elayne was the only that would even ride them. This year they were enjoyed by all. Here is Elayne LOVING her bumper cars.

The giant slide was also a BIG hit.

Here is a video of Ethan, Teresa, and Elayne on the way down.

What a fun day with our beloved Penrod family at Fort Fun! Thanks COVA!
